Fractional Project Manager - Production Discipline

The Commitment: 15–20 hours per week | 3–6 month trial, Part-time

We need a lead to keep our productions on track. You’ll work with our Head of Production to handle everything from the initial brief to the final export. You're the person who keeps our project boards clean, books the talent, and ensures the editors have what they need to meet their deadlines.

  • The Reality: This is a contract-to-hire role. We’ll do a formal evaluation at the 5-month mark to discuss a full-time offer based on performance and fit.

  • The Must-Haves: Hyper-organized, comfortable with project management software and cloud storage, and able to communicate with clients and talent with ease.

Freelance Content Capture - Production Discipline

The Commitment: 2–4 hours per shoot | Independent Contractor

We are looking for versatile shooters to join our freelance roster. You will work closely with our Head of Production to capture high-quality content for our clients. We provide our production schedule in advance, and you claim the shoots that work for your schedule.

  • The Job: Capturing both photo and video content on-set based on the project treatment.

  • The Requirements: You must have your own reliable transportation and provide your own equipment. Please include a link to your portfolio or recent work with your application.

  • The Profile: You must be versatile in both mediums and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Freelance Production Assistant - Production Discipline

The Commitment: 2–4 hours per shoot | Independent Contractor

Looking for on-set experience? We’re building a roster of reliable PAs to work alongside our Head of Production. We’ll provide our production schedule in advance, and you simply claim the shoots that work for your schedule.

  • The Job: Assisting with set prep, picking up products, briefing talent, and making sure we leave the location in great shape.

  • The Profile: We need people who are observant and take initiative. If you see something that needs to be moved or organized, you handle it.

Studio Interns - Design & Production Disciplines

The Commitment: Paid | Up to 10 hours per week

We are looking for a few motivated interns to join our team across both our Design and Production disciplines. You will gain hands-on experience in a professional studio environment and assist on real-world projects.

  • The Disciplines: We have openings for those interested in either the creative design side or the logistics and execution of production.

  • The Partnership: This is a paid internship. We are also happy to work closely with your school or university to help you earn academic credit.

  • The Profile: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to support the team where needed.
